Security Bond *
The Security Bond amount will be refunded to the Hirer on the successful and safe return of the equipment. Late return, or any damages, losses, breakage will result in the loss of the Security Bond refund.

Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations made more than 3 days before the scheduled pickup date will receive a full refund.
- Cancellations made 1–2 days before the scheduled pickup date will receive a 50% refund.
- Cancellations made on the pickup day or failure to collect the items (no-show) are non-refundable.

Hire period

The day before the event – the day after the event (3 weekdays).
Pick up Friday – Return Monday
• If you require a longer hire period, please leave your preferred pick-up and return dates in the order notes.
• Pickup and return dates can be arranged within a 5-day window.
• If returned late, $10 per day will be deducted from your bond.

Terms and conditions

• To lock the date in, payment is required.
• A $100 refundable bond is required per rental item.
You can choose between:
– Paying the bond together with the rental item
– Paying the bond in cash at pickup
• If you pay the bond together with the rental item, it will be refunded to your payment card once the return is confirmed.
• We are location in Auburn st, Wollongong NSW.
• Prices are for prop hire only. We do not supply Balloons or flowers.
