2. Product Customisation & Proof Approval

• Customers are responsible for verifying all order details—including spelling, names, dates, dimensions, materials, and colours—prior to submitting payment or approving production proofs.

• OKdesign is not liable for errors approved by the client or submitted incorrectly during checkout.

• Due to screen calibration differences, physical product colours and materials may vary slightly from digital mockups.

3. Limitation of Liability OKdesign will not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from courier transit delays, improper handling of signage at event venues, or missed event deadlines due to late orders placed without prior express arrangement.

4. Governing Law These terms and conditions and any disputes arising out of or related to our services and products are governed by the laws of New South Wales (NSW), Australia.
