OKdesign Shipping Policy

1. Production & Processing Times

All of our items are custom-crafted and made to order. Production times vary depending on the product type:

• Small Table Signs: 5–7 business days

• Wishing Wells: 2 weeks

• Large Wedding Signage: 3 weeks

Important: Production and dispatch timelines begin from the date of your final digital proof approval, not the original order date. Once your proof is approved, your order will be completed and dispatched within 5–7 business days.

2. Domestic Delivery Times (Australia)

We ship across Australia using trusted courier services. Estimated transit times after dispatch are as follows:

WA, NT & Regional / Remote Areas	Up to 2 weeks

• Note: Delivery timeframes are estimates provided by the couriers and do not account for unexpected carrier delays or peak holiday periods.

3. Local Pick-up

• Pick-up from our Wollongong, NSW studio is available strictly by appointment.

• We will notify you via email as soon as your order is ready to arrange a collection time.

4. Tracking & Delivery Issues

• Tracking: A tracking number will be emailed to you immediately upon dispatch so you can monitor your parcel's progress.

• Damaged in Transit: Please inspect your package immediately upon arrival. In accordance with courier claim requirements, any damage to packaging or contents must be reported to okdesignau@gmail.com within 24 hours of delivery, accompanied by photos of the damaged items and all original packaging materials.
