RETURN POLICY

At OK Design we hope you love your new purchase. We will accept the return of your order and refund you if your order has been delivered to you in faulty condition.
If you believe your order is faulty, please contact us at OK Design prior to sending it back to us.

As we hand-craft these items ourselves we assess them at a high standard of integrity and quality, but we understand we occasionally make mistakes.Your rustic home decor order may be defined as faulty if your order is delivered in a damaged condition, if your order has been wrongly described or if your delivery is different to what you ordered. 

Please contact us within fourteen (14) days if you believe your order is faulty. We will assess each claim on it's own merit.
